About the role

  • Works closely with project managers and senior controls staff to track project performance and ensure compliance with DPR's procedures and tools.

  • Collects and validates data from project teams to support accurate financial and schedule reporting.
  • Supports cost change management, including tracking and updating budget adjustments.
  • Prepares documentation and reports to support monthly project reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in construction project controls, cost management, or scheduling required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction project controls, cost management, or scheduling required.
  • None required; Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or equivalent preferred.
