  • You Will Join You'll be part of the Middle School team, working closely with fellow middle school teachers, student support staff and school leadership.
  • This team is responsible for delivering standards-aligned instruction while supporting student growth and academic success.
  • A Typical Day Looks Like While no two days are exactly the same, you can expect to: Provide communication and support to students and families via phone, messaging, text, and email while monitoring attendance and academic progress.
  • Deliver standards-aligned instruction, grade assignments, provide individualized feedback, and prepare students for standardized assessments.
  • Post announcements, manage discussion boards, and maintain a positive, orderly, and academically focused online classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with administrators, participate in coaching, professional development, department meetings, and assist with administering assessments as needed.
  • Utilize the learning management system, Parent Student Portal, student information systems, online classroom platforms (webcam-based), and documentation tools to track progress and maintain compliance.
  • This position requires availability to work core business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Arizona time, Monday through Friday This role balances independent work and collaboration and is well-suited for someone who enjoys supporting students, managing details, communicating clearly, problem-solving, and working with purpose.
