About the role

TooJay's Host position for our location at the Treasure Coast Plaza in Vero Beach. (Ability to make $15 to $20/hour including Tips and depending on Shift) Our Hosts are the first to greet our guests as they begin their TooJay's experience.
A Host's friendly face and welcoming smile sets the tone and is critical to creating an inviting environment.
They are also able to communicate accurate wait times and engage our guests with suggestions of a favorite meal.

Must be at least 16 years of age and willing to work hard and learn
Ability to stand during entire shift, exerting up to 20 pounds as needed
Must be able to maneuver throughout the dining and kitchen area throughout the shift
Ability to reach overhead, carry trays, handle hot and cold beverages, bend below the waist and communicate intentions to co-workers
Maintain high standards of personal grooming, including wearing proper uniform and facial mask and gloves when/where if required and as regulated
