- This position supports effective decision making and strategic planning through clear reporting, in depth analysis, and strong communication.
- Working closely with the Manager of FP&A and cross functional partners, the Financial Analyst provides reporting and insights that drive meaningful, transformative value for the organization.
- Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and perform ad hoc analysis
- Collaborate with teams across data science, product, and technology to timely resolve any data integrity issues
Nice to have
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or financial analysis
- Strong skill and interest in modeling and analysis, with a demonstrated history of success in both
- Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (Power Query and SQL preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of internal controls and compliance in financial reporting
- Continuous improvement mindset for financial planning processes and tools
- Ability to handle large datasets (preferred)
Compensation
- Expected Pay Range $75,000 - $90,000 USD
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes

- This is a full time, exempt position, and the base compensation for this opening is expected to be $ 75,000-$90,000, depending on level, candidate experience, skills and other factors. This position is eligible for a 7.5% bonus with a total compensation of $80,625-$96,750
