About the role

Responsibilities
- Create and complete daily checklists to maintain quality assurance standards.
- Provide support to the digital operations team during large-scale projects.
- Assist leadership on focused initiatives to drive business value and efficiency.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, coordinating installations, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting network issues.
- This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically under pressure while collaborating across teams to ensure seamless digital campaign execution.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital operations or related field.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Nice to have
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Compensation
- $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
- Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role.
