About the role

We provide robust services to our clients across multiple time zones and foster a collaborative, innovative, and diverse work environment.
This position can be remote or in person or a hybrid.
We don't expect regular travel for this position, although there might be an occasional work trip to visit a client.

Someone who can support multiple client companies and be able to effectively change context. throughout the day, and still maintain professional work quality.
Maintain client books on a real time basis.
Assists in compliance with developing controls, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with other SGP divisions on special projects.
Coordinate with other client company partners (vendors, insurance carriers, etc.).
Support in cash flow management.

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
Must have at least 3 years of experience working with Government Contracts across a variety of industries like IT, Construction, Defense, etc.
Must have hands on experience and an ability to train junior team members on DCAA, FARs, CAS, and other Federal Compliance standards and their impact on finance and accounting tasks.
Ability to work in an open, fast-paced, office under high pressure and numerous deadlines.
An ideal candidate can jump in and hit the ground running immediately.

Experience supporting Federal Contracts and familiar with DCAA, FAR Clauses, Cost Accounting, and/or Construction Projects is a major plus.
