Responsibilities

  • The Supply Specialist 2 supports the warehousing and storeroom operations of Food and Nutrition Services by receiving, storing, issuing, and distributing food and non-food supplies.

Requirements

  • These qualifications must be reflected in your application to be considered:
  • Must have or be able to obtain a valid Oregon Forklift Operator Certification (agency will assist with training) and Food Handler's Card.
  • Knowledge of State of Oregon purchasing and contracting policies and procedures.
  • Experience with computerized and manual purchasing, receiving and inventory systems.
  • Must have experience and proficiency in the operation of common office devices and equipment.
  • At least one year of experience in keyboarding and computer operations.
  • Experience operating warehouse material moving equipment.

  • Within three days of hire, you will be required to complete I-9 documentation and confirm authorization to work in the United States.
