- This role is a rare opportunity for a highly ambitious recent graduate to break into the startup ecosystem and learn the art of recruiting from the ground up.
- You will work side-by-side with our founders, learn how top-tier engineering and go-to-market teams are built, and experience early-stage startup growth firsthand.
Responsibilities
- Find and talk to the sharpest software engineers, PMs, and GTM leaders from top-tier universities and companies. You'll own the outreach strategy from day one.
- Learn the full hiring lifecycle, which means everything from writing your own outbound pitches and running initial screens to managing the candidate pipeline and helping close offers.
- Partner directly with our internal teams to calibrate on active roles and use data to spot and fix bottlenecks in our hiring process.
- Real grit. We move fast and things change quickly here. You need to be comfortable with ambiguity and have a natural drive to run through walls to get things done.
- Strong communication. You should love writing, speak clearly, and be confident holding your own in conversations with hyper-technical or highly experienced people.
- You'll own the outreach strategy from day one.
Requirements
- A recent or upcoming degree from a top school, but more importantly, a habit of working hard and winning at things you care about (whether that's academics, sports, or projects you built outside of class).
- Figure out ways to use AI and automation tools to handle the boring stuff so you can focus on writing better messages and talking to candidates.
