Based in Rockville, Maryland, this role reports to the North American Tax Manager and works closely with the broader global tax team.

Technical Expertise
Familiarity with tax research, tax audits, and tax authority correspondence.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Prepare and coordinate U.S. federal and state income tax compliance workpapers, estimated tax calculations, extension filings, and supporting tax documentation.
Prepare monthly income tax account reconciliations and assist with related journal entries.
Assist with responses to tax notices and income tax audits.
Research U.S. federal and state tax matters and prepare practical summaries and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
Monitor tax law developments and assist with evaluating potential impacts.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Typically 2-5 years of relevant experience in U.S. direct taxation, preferably gained within public accounting (Big 4, national, or regional firms) or a corporate tax department.
CPA designation or active progress toward CPA licensing is preferred.

The Rockville, MD expected base pay range is $80,000- $95,000 per year.
