Requirements

- At least three years of paralegal experience.
- Administrative law experience is highly desired.

- Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or a similar field..
- Proficiency with LexisNexis and Microsoft Office. - Excellent written and oral communication skills..
- Must become a Virginia Notary Public within 90 days of the contract start date..

- Assist attorneys with preparation for trials and administrative hearings.
- Review and summarize transcripts, witness testimony, discovery materials, and other evidence.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients and visitors.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance and route inquiries to appropriate legal personnel.
- Perform notary services.
