About the role
- Works under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing, as applicable.
Responsibilities
- Develops, implements and evaluates resident plans of care.
- Demonstrates the ability to manage a typical nursing unit.
- Assesses, plans, implements, and executes delivery of resident care and directs all activities in order to provide quality service to assure positive resident outcomes.
- Maintains close contact with residents, families and staff while coordinating nursing services with all other disciplines.
Requirements
- Licenses and Certifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP) Upon Hire(Required)
- CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) within 30 Days(Required)

- $34.40 - $47.30/HourlyActual pay is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
