Partner with business executives and colleagues on cross-functional teams and act as a resource to others in the company.
Identify opportunities for increased efficiencies and collaborations, focusing on developing policies, procedures and best practices across the company and implementing improvements to forms and processes.
Extensive experience in contract management, data entry and document assembly.
Flexibility/adaptability to manage multiple, wide-ranging matters, conflicting deadlines, and new areas of expertise as business needs change.

2+ years for Contracts Specialist, or 4+ years for Sr.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, and Word) and experience in document management applications.

The role of Contract Specialist is part of a team responsible for providing business and legal affairs services for unscripted programming, content acquisitions, live entertainment, and scripted programming across Versant's portfolio of television entertainment networks, including USA Network, Oxygen, E! and SYFY.
