Responsibilities
- Partner with business executives and colleagues on cross-functional teams and act as a resource to others in the company.
- Identify opportunities for increased efficiencies and collaborations, focusing on developing policies, procedures and best practices across the company and implementing improvements to forms and processes.
- Extensive experience in contract management, data entry and document assembly.
- Flexibility/adaptability to manage multiple, wide-ranging matters, conflicting deadlines, and new areas of expertise as business needs change.

Requirements
- Must be willing to work in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA
- 2+ years for Contracts Specialist, or 4+ years for Sr.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, and Word) and experience in document management applications.
Compensation
- $70k-$80k
