Requirements
- Federal experience is not required.
- Experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector or through Volunteer Service.
- You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service.
- Experience managing multiple assignments that required a wide range of management and program oversight
- Experience with public and/or business administration or public policy
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative methods
- Experience with planning policies and procedures
- Experience with negotiation techniques
- Experience with oral and written communications
- Experience with computer applications sufficient to prepare written reports, spreadsheets, statistical tables, and flowcharts
