Responsibilities
- The Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social will own day-to-day strategy and execution across
- Bilt's bands are designed to allow for individual compensation growth within the role.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on paid social experience with direct in-platform fluency across Meta and TikTok at minimum Track record managing multi-million dollar paid social budgets with measurable impact on customer acquisition
Skills
- Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, and Snapchat.

- The salary range for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social is $120,000 - 150,000 and will be eligible for equity and an annual performance-based bonus.
