Responsibilities

  • HR Operations & Analytics Support HR reporting, workforce analytics, and organizational metrics.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to support business and workforce decisions.
  • Support HR process improvements and documentation of standard operating procedures.
  • Internal Communications Support the development and distribution of employee communications, announcements, newsletters, and leadership messages.
  • Help create content that promotes company culture, employee programs, and organizational initiatives.
  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders to coordinate communication campaigns and employee events.
  • Support company-wide HR initiatives and change management activities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Build relationships with employees, managers, and business leaders across the organization.
  • Partner with HR team members to support evolving business priorities.
  • Hands-on experience building real-world systems across multiple engineering domains.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must have continuous work authorization in the US without the need for visa sponsorships.

Nice to have

  • Internship experience in Human Resources, Business Operations, Communications, Marketing, or Analytics.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (Workday), databases, or reporting tools.
  • Experience creating presentations, communications, or content for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated interest in pursuing a long-term career in Human Resources.

Compensation

  • $73k-$83k
