Responsibilities
- Advanced knowledge of basic design features and operating characteristics of ISFSI structures and components
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, physical science or related field or equivalent experience.

Nice to have
- Typically, 10 or more years of power plant experience with a minimum of three years in nuclear power plants or equivalent level of technical program management experience.
- 3+ years of nuclear licensing at a nuclear facility to include experience with NRC submittals/RAIs, strong technical writing/change control, and familiarity with Oregon laws and rules.
- Direct ISFSI licensing experience (10 CFR Part 72)
- Prior interface with Oregon state agencies (e.g., OHA, OEM, DEQ) and local emergency planning authorities.
- Experience with quality assurance under 10 CFR 72 Subpart G and ANSI/ASME NQA-1 programs.
- Knowledge of NEI guidance and NRC regulatory guidance applicable to ISFSIs (e.g., RGs, NUREGs).
- Experience with Technical Writing
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
