About the role

  • This position reports to the Site Chief Engineer and requires someone to be onsite daily.
  • There is a limited amount of travel (10%) associated with this role domestically.

Requirements

  • Support the regional team as required in support of customer reporting and QBRs.
  • Detailed knowledge of critical infrastructure - to include CRAH's, CRAC's, Chillers, Humidification Systems, De-humidification Systems, RTU's, CDU's, and Water Purification Systems.
  • Ability to read and assess single line diagrams, technical manuals and engineering plans.
  • Ability to meet committed timelines, leveraging assistance/input from team.
  • can cover all gamut of tasks required to 'getting a job done.'
  • 5+ years of experience managing data center mechanical infrastructure
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of service technicians focused in mechanical infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge and experience in supporting a fast-paced, demanding environment

Compensation

  • This position will be located at the Mesa, Arizona EdgeConneX Data Center facility however, regular travel (approximately 10%) will be required to manage additional Data Centers within the Region as well as for annual and quarterly company
