Responsibilities
- Conduct crash analyses and develop data-driven safety recommendations.
- Support and manage safety-focused programs and initiatives.
- Develop safety targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and summary reports.

- Together, we enhance conventional designs with smarter, more resilient systems.
- Contribute to a wide range of engineering and planning services, including crash analyses, program management, and design reviews, from Concept Development through Final Design.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to shape safer, more inclusive transportation networks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. · 3-5 years of transportation/traffic engineering design experience.
- Required certifications:
- o Safe System Approach/Vision Zero concepts
- o PROWAG/ADA Standards
- o NACTO publications

- TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $74,400 - $111,600 annually for this position and local market. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of skills, experience, education and competencies to the table that will be reflected in our offer.
