About the role
- Prepare functional and technical documentation and provide regular project updates.
- Use internal tracking systems to log requests, issues, enhancements, and projects.
- Follow Information Systems policies and procedures related to development, project management, and change control.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, debug, implement, and support custom enterprise applications for Manufacturing, Engineering, and related business functions.
- Develop and support.NET applications, reporting solutions, and ETL processes for manufacturing and engineering organizations.
- Serve as a technical lead for enterprise application initiatives, including solution design, development standards, testing, implementation, and support.
- Support multiple domestic and international sites with scalable, reliable, and maintainable application solutions.
- Manage or support project activities involving scope, schedule, quality, cost, resources, and stakeholders.
- Delegate work appropriately, monitor progress, and support successful execution of team deliverables.
- Build productive internal and external working relationships to support continuous improvement.
- Perform other job related tasks as directed by the manager.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or another related technical discipline.
- 7.5 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with relational databases, SQL, stored procedures, and data modeling concepts.
- Experience creating functional and technical documentation.
Nice to have
- Semiconductor manufacturing experience.
- Frontend semiconductor manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting manufacturing execution, engineering, production, reporting, automation, or data systems in a semiconductor FAB environment.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications across multiple sites or global business units.
- Project management experience, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, stakeholder communication, and execution tracking.
- Experience with Microsoft O365, SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, Team Foundation Server, or similar tools.
Skills
- The Senior Software Engineer should have experience in several of the following areas:
- Application Development: Microsoft.NET, Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET, Visual Basic, MVC, Web API, WCF, and web services.
- Reporting and Data Integration: SSRS, SSIS, reporting solutions, and ETL processes.
- Core Competencies
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand user requirements and complex manufacturing topics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical user communities.
- JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/HTML5, CSS3, and web design methodologies.

Compensation

- The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $70,304 - $105,000.* *Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
