Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting - sourcing and screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner with firm leadership and practice group leads to define role requirements and candidate profiles for partner and associate hires.
- Build, iterate, and scale recruiting processes tailored to a high-growth startup environment.
- Develop and manage relationships with legal search firms and recruiting agencies where appropriate.
- Drive a candidate experience that reflects the quality and intentionality of the firm.
Skills
- 4+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in legal or professional services.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and moving quickly.
- Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building from scratch.
- Experience at a law firm, legal search firm, or in-house legal recruiting function.
- Exposure to AI, LegalTech, or emerging legal practice areas.
- Familiarity with Ashby.

Compensation
- $120,000 - $160,000 per year plus equity
