About the role
- This position is available for full-time.
- It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site at our headquarters in Göttingen with the opportunity to work some days remotely.
- Our technologies help translate scientific discoveries into real-world medicine faster, so that new therapeutics can reach patients worldwide.

- screening and responding to incoming correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls

- arranging and attending meetings
- taking and distributing meeting minutes, organizing company activities /events, etc.
- Facilitate smooth communication between the function management and other executives, managers, employees, authorities, externals etc.
- Completion of a three-year vocational training as Industrial Clerk or similar
- First years of work experience in an international environment, and proven effective administration and organisational skills
- Strong sense of discretion, confidentiality, good knowledge of technical and business vocabulary, and a deep understanding of the organization's operations, procedures, and people
