About the role

  • The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for daily servicing of client including new and renewal business processing and maintenance of exceptional customer relations with the client.
  • The Personal Lines Account Manager regularly interacts with the new and existing clients as needed and is responsible for devising creative solutions to meet client needs as to coverage.
  • New business quoting, proposal, sales, and development

Responsibilities

  • Uses experience, discretion, and independent judgment to conceptualize and implement solutions to meet client needs

Requirements

  • Excellent client service skills to assist in retaining, developing, and growing a client base.
  • High competence with computers, programs, and software through the entire client life cycle.
  • Highly professional and self-motivated.

Nice to have

  • Minimum 3+ years insurance experience preferred
  • Must possess state required 4-40, 2044 or 2-20 insurance license
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Some college helpful

  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills

Compensation
