About the role

  • We're looking for a PS Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in scaling our Services organization and driving operational excellence across strategic program execution, systems, and reporting.
  • Be the operational backbone for key Professional Services programs, including monetization initiatives, investment management, credits, and customer outcome tracking.
  • Improve team efficiency by streamlining workflows, reducing manual effort, and enhancing productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Implement automations and AI solutions that eliminate repetitive tasks and create more time for customer-facing work.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators to optimize and scale PS systems.
  • Support and improve core PS administrative operations, including month-end procedures, expense management, revenue tracking and forecasting, partner costs, and ROI analysis.
  • Maintain and evolve our reporting suite to ensure PS leadership has accurate, real-time visibility into spend, forecasts, delivery performance, and customer outcomes.
  • Partner with Finance and RevOps to align PS financial planning and reporting with broader company goals.
  • A builder's mindset, with the ability to direct the configuration and evolution of systems like Certinia and Salesforce to support a scaling PS org.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Google Sheets and Google Slides, with a working knowledge of SQL to update existing queries.
  • 4+ years of experience in operations within enterprise software.
  • Knowledge of AI automation platforms (Claude, N8N,...)
