About the role

We're looking for a PS Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in scaling our Services organization and driving operational excellence across strategic program execution, systems, and reporting.
Be the operational backbone for key Professional Services programs, including monetization initiatives, investment management, credits, and customer outcome tracking.
Improve team efficiency by streamlining workflows, reducing manual effort, and enhancing productivity.

Implement automations and AI solutions that eliminate repetitive tasks and create more time for customer-facing work.
Collaborate with Salesforce administrators to optimize and scale PS systems.
Support and improve core PS administrative operations, including month-end procedures, expense management, revenue tracking and forecasting, partner costs, and ROI analysis.
Maintain and evolve our reporting suite to ensure PS leadership has accurate, real-time visibility into spend, forecasts, delivery performance, and customer outcomes.
Partner with Finance and RevOps to align PS financial planning and reporting with broader company goals.
A builder's mindset, with the ability to direct the configuration and evolution of systems like Certinia and Salesforce to support a scaling PS org.

Expertise in Google Sheets and Google Slides, with a working knowledge of SQL to update existing queries.
4+ years of experience in operations within enterprise software.
Knowledge of AI automation platforms (Claude, N8N,...)
