About the role
- The colleagues is responsible for supporting and executing high-impact initiatives that improve supply chain efficiency, network capabilities, and organizational resilience.
- This role will report to the Director, Supply Chain Projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Supply Chain (SC) standards playbook (e.g., BMS) to ensure global accessibility and compliance.
- Define process indicators to support deviation analysis and drive global performance optimization.
- Lead with minimum guidance continuous improvement initiatives.
- Co-develop training programs
- Optimize cross-functional processes across Demand & Supply Planning, Supply Framework, Logistics, Inventory, and Plant Logistics.
- Lead process improvement workshops using formal problem solving tools (e.g. 8D, etc.)
- Co-Lead implementation and global deployment of SC systems aligned with business needs.
- Support digital transformation through AI, data analytics, and automation.
- Support and deliver end-to-end SCM and cross-functional projects as defined by the business.
- Support SCM and cross-functional initiatives as a subject matter expert, core team member, or SCM representative.
Requirements
- A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- At least 3+ years of experience in supply chain, program management, or management consulting.
Nice to have
- Strong proficiency in SAP, with in-depth knowledge of IBP and S4HANA highly preferred, along with expertise in Microsoft applications and business intelligence tools.
- Proven experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), including strong hands-on usage
- prior involvement in SAP IBP implementation projects is highly preferred

- $ 78,750 - $ 115,500
