About the role

This position requires leading and coordinating the development of comprehensive solutions ranging from development of IT applications, enterprise services, O&M modernization, digital transformation, and other technical areas.

Own one or more sections of a proposal across a diverse range of topics.
Support delivery by providing technical expertise and developing creative solutions to program problems, issues, concerns.
Experience in the following areas: System Development, Software or Application Development, Operations & Maintenance, System Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Agile/Scaled Agile Experience developing or managing DevOps/DevSecOps solutions that rely on cloud-based infrastructure Experience in architecture and design of distributed, highly scalable, highly available systems.

The SA will support contract delivery and operations, business development, and proposal development.
The SA is a senior technical resource for these areas and may be called upon for customer meetings related to ongoing contracts, new business prospects, and with potential partners.
The SA will work with Business Development personnel to understand customer needs and lead the development of solutions through white papers, presentations, and proposal responses.

Support program management and business development reviews and assist in improving performance of existing projects as required.
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related degree.

Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
The ability to apply critical thinking across an opportunity lifecycle - understanding what a customer is looking for and conceptualizing how a response would address the customer's requirements.
Experience translating technology solutions into high quality, well written responses throughout business development, capture, and proposal development lifecycles.
The proven ability to write, review, direct, and craft proposal sections across diverse disciplines and technology solutions.
