About the Opportunity As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our clients' marketing and creative needs.

Collaboration with Sales & Client Success: Partner with sales and client success teams to share campaign ideas, highlight what's working, and facilitate discussions that drive client value and upsell opportunities.
Identify and lead key training initiatives to elevate team performance.
Industry Leadership: Stay informed on industry best practices, emerging digital mediums, and competitor strategies to maintain a leading edge in the market.
Presentation Preparation: Prepare and deliver presentations internally and externally, conduct client pitch meetings, and share ongoing campaign results and insights.

You will collaborate closely with sales and client success teams to ensure best-in-class campaign performance, drive client engagement, and foster business growth.

Stay informed on industry best practices, emerging digital mediums, and competitor strategies to maintain a leading edge in the market.
Prepare and deliver presentations internally and externally, conduct client pitch meetings, and share ongoing campaign results and insights.

Experience Level: Extensive experience in media platforms, managing and adjusting campaigns Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in Advertising and/or Marketing, preferably within the automotive industry.
Skill Set: Proficiency in agency, design, account management, media campaign management, team training & mentorship, performance analysis, and hands-on digital media campaign management across major platforms.
