About the role

  • We are seeking a Senior/Staff Software Engineer to architect and build the foundational platform that powers next-generation AI-driven financial automation. If you've built foundational platform or infrastructure systems at scale, successfully delivered high-impact cross-functional engineering projects that are running in production, and use AI coding tools
  • such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar as part of your daily workflow, we'd love to hear from you. In this role, you'll own the core infrastructure, distributed systems, and financial data platform that enable engineering teams to build scalable, reliable products. You'll collaborate directly with customers, finance professionals, and cross-functional

Nice to have

  • 4-12 years of experience in backend or platform software engineering, with strong proficiency in Python and experience building scalable distributed systems.
  • Experience working in an early-stage startup (pre-Series B preferred), with the ability to thrive in resource-constrained, high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, enterprise integrations, or data platforms, including experience with ERPs, payments, accounting, ledger systems, or financial data pipelines.
  • Fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar is required.

Skills

  • Full-stack development capabilities with experience using TypeScript and React, along with cloud technologies such as AWS.
