Responsibilities
- Selected candidate may perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Requirements
- Experience in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field, including similar renovation or vertical construction projects.
- Proficiency in CM and office software (MS Office, Adobe, MS Project, collaboration tools).
- OSHA 30-hour certification required.
- Ability to navigate active construction sites daily.

- ATI has a current need for a full-time Construction Management Representative in the Dover, TN area.
- The Senior Construction Representative will be responsible for surveillance and documentation of construction projects and delivering findings to our government client.
- National Park Service (NPS) experience is preferred.
- Duties and Responsibilities of a Senior Construction Representative
- Construction Oversight & Monitoring
- Observe construction to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, codes, and safety requirements
- monitor quality, workmanship, and progress.
Compensation
- $95,000 - $115,000/year depending on experience
- Competitive salary of $95,000 - $115,000 / year depending on experience.
