About the role
- Beckley Clinical is seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager to provide expertise and champion exceptional patient care across our clinic operations.
- This pivotal role is responsible for the day-to-day management and leadership of the clinic, ensuring efficient operations, a positive work environment, and the delivery of the highest quality patient experience.
- The Practice Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of their assigned clinic, acting as an Operations Manager to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities
- Maintain perseverance to drive and sustain necessary changes, demonstrating resilience and flexibility while inspiring and motivating the team.
- Pursue activities with focus and drive, defining success in work outcomes, and consistently achieving goals.
- Develop and lead the execution of clinic goals and objectives in alignment with overall clinic performance and operations.
- Perform callbacks to past patients for follow-up and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Maintain a neat and clean work environment and professional appearance
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure every patient has a positive experience during their visit.
- Provide oversight and support for marketing, company events, and sponsorship opportunities.
Requirements
- RN or LPN clinical license required.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.
- Current CPR required.
- BLS Certification is requiredAssociate degree or higher in a health-related field (Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred).
- 1+ year of experience in the supervision of staff is helpful (5+ years of managerial experience in a healthcare setting preferred).
- An understanding of mental healthcareAn understanding of insurance verification
- Knowledge of basic computer software and the ability to learn electronic medical records required. Familiarity with electronic medical records and practice management software is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - must be able to communicate effectively with patients and medical staff.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial records.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations.
- Proven track record of managing a successful medical practice, improving efficiency and productivity, and providing excellent customer service.
- Must demonstrate leadership skills and creativity in problem-solving.
Compensation
- $50k-$90k
