About the role

  • Profil Recherché Compétences: Baccalauréat en génie mécanique ou toute autre formation pertinente Lean Basics, Kaizen, ISO (atout fortement apprécié) Connaissances techniques fonctionnelles des équipements CVC.
  • Expérience des systèmes qualité dans un environnement de fabrication.
  • La capacité de communiquer en français avec notre équipe au Québec est importante.

Responsibilities

  • Implement error-proofing (Poka-Yoke) solutions
  • Validate process changes through trials and capability studies
  • Lead the critical issues resolution in the quality life chain
  • Lead investigations for:
  • Develop, implement, and verify corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Partner with Supplier Quality or Procurement on defect reduction
  • Company events and team-building activities

Requirements

  • Candidates will be required to undergo a background and reference check prior to hiring.
  • We operate in a multicultural and international environment, so strong English skills are also required to collaborate effectively with our suppliers and global team.

Nice to have

  • Lean Basic Tools, Kaizen, ISO are strongly preferred asset
  • Quality systems experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 0-3 years in a similar, and relevant manufacturing environment

Skills

  • Ensure containment actions are immediate and effective
  • Participate in supplier corrective action reviews
  • Review incoming inspection results
  • Maintain quality records and documentation control
  • Other related tasks and projects as required.
