About the role

Reporting to Director, Portfolio Management in Real Estate, you will focus primarily on providing credit assessment, risk analysis, account maintenance and assist with achieving profitable growth while ensuring optimum customer service is provided.
In return, you will be exposed to a development plan where you will hone your technical and relationship management skills in Real Estate Lending.
Accountabilities Prepare credit assessments through completion of an application for credit.

Manage internal and external relationships in a positive and constructive manner.
Perform financial and project modeling, sensitivity analysis, valuation and security analysis with relevant recommendations.

Assist in obtaining the required documentation, collateral and security to support the loans.
Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
Proven ability to produce effective results while working independently with limited supervision, but also be an effective team member.
Strong computer skills in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and knowledge and experience with Google Suite would be considered an asset.
Basic knowledge of real estate lending policies and products is an asset.

Skills, Experience & Requirements 2-4 years in finance, accounting or equivalent experience.
Exceptional analytical and financial analysis skills.
Excellent oral communication and business writing skills.
Willingness to learn new skills and acquire new knowledge.
