About the role
- The Analyst/Outreach Coordinator will be the subject matter expert regarding HEDIS measures.
- Additional responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:
Responsibilities
- Provides support for HEDIS® quality initiatives
- Supports EMR provider engagement
- Delivers quality information to internal and external constituents via written and verbal communication
- Work closely with EMR provider partners to enhance collaboration
Requirements
- Ability to use standard corporate software packages and applications
Nice to have
- Experience successfully performing in an environment where daily/weekly productivity metrics are expected
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with EMR systems
- Recent and related experience working with HEDIS®

Compensation
- This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
- The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
- This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

- Subject Matter Expert in Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS®) improvement work
- Supports effective medical record capture for HEDIS® medical record review and abstraction of supplemental data
- 3 years' recent and related health care experience in any setting
- 1 year of Medicare experience and/or 1 year of HEDIS medical record abstraction experience
- Support complex provider partners with HEDIS® gaps in care, remote medical record collection discussions and education.
