Requirements
- Ability to verify U.S. employment eligibility using Form I-9
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance and Common Access Card
- 2+ years of data entry experience, preferably Environmental domain related.
- Six-month trial/probationary period may be required.
- Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets
- Knowledge of Chemical Abstract Substance registry
- Knowledge of 29 CFR 1910.1200 OSHA Hazard Communication
- Knowledge in working with regulatory agencies on compliance programs, i.e., OSHA, EPA, State, and Local
- Knowledge of Hazardous Materials and/or Hazardous Waste
- Knowledge of the Hazardous Material Management System (HMMS)
- The specialists experience, education, and training must show enough of the knowledge, skills and abilities to demonstrate the potential to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specifically, the specialist may be evaluated on:
- Ability to perform Quality Assurance procedures on data entry.
- Analytical thought processes for data modeling.
- Ability to use reporting tools to verify and validate data.
- Skilled in operating automated equipment such as computer terminals, scanners and facsimile

- $52,000.00 - $82,000.00 + Eligible for Variable Compensation Plan Commensurate with relevant qualifications and experience
