- This role will provide legal guidance on consumer-facing advertising and marketing initiatives across social media, SMS, email, web, direct mail, and other channels.
- Location - Bethesda, MD; Cleveland, OH, New York, NY. (Hybrid three days a week) Annual Salary $135,300.00 - $235,750.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of legal experience, preferably in-house or at a law firm supporting advertising, marketing, consumer protection, or communications compliance matters.
- Strong working knowledge of advertising law and TCPA, CTIA carrier rules, and CAN-SPAM.
- Ability to provide clear, practical, business-focused legal advice in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, telecommunications, or another highly regulated industry.
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
- Excellent judgment, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Annual Salary
- $135,300.00 - $235,750.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
