- Works closely with coaching and support staffs to meet operational and video analysis needs.
- Maintains accurate inventory records for all video department equipment.
- Supports the implementation and operation of game-day tablet technology utilized by the football staff.
- Assists with training and supervision of student videographers and supports the development of training materials and operational procedures.
- 20% Assists in the training and support of personnel and student staff regarding evaluation cutups, video exchange, and film breakdown processes.
- Supports coaches and recruiting personnel by ensuring timely availability and accuracy of evaluation video materials.
- Provides technical support and video-related assistance for Olympic sports and other athletics programs as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in sports-related video production, video operations, or athletic video services.
- Experience with video editing systems and video management platforms.
- Experience working with digital video capture, editing, and distribution technologies.

- All candidates must have valid U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and maintain that valid work authorization throughout employment.
Nice to have
- Experience with XOS Thunder, XOS Scout, Hudl, or similar athletic video platforms.
- Experience supporting Division I collegiate athletics or professional sports video operations.
- Special or Physical Requirements
- Ability to work extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Travel is required.
