Responsibilities
- Assist and coordinate with the Construction Program Manager to manage field personnel to complete tasks on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with design firm to ensure a timely and complete design is created within project scope and budget.
- Inspect work progress, equipment, and materials for quality, safety, and conformance to contract documents.
- Participate in or lead site meetings with clients, inspectors, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders, representing Brice Pacific professionally.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience supervising or directing construction crews required.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite Products required.
- Familiarity with federal and commercial construction contracts, specifications, and regulatory requirements required.
- Valid state Driver's License and must be qualified to operate a vehicle under the conditions of Brice Pacific's Driving Policy.
- Ability to pass a drug, driving, and background screenings.
- Eligible after 1 year of service, must be taken within the calendar year.
Nice to have
- OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety Certification required
- EM 385-1-1 experience preferred
- other safety or project management certifications a plus.

- Brice Pacific has a fast-paced multi-tasking office environment requiring a high degree of efficient and effective performance.
- In addition to office work, work is predominantly performed outside of the office at outdoor job sites.
- Outdoor conditions may be subject to changes in weather conditions and noise levels.
Skills
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment for heavy civil, industrial, and vertical construction.
- Technical knowledge of vertical construction concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Familiarity with project scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and productivity monitoring.
- Knowledge of safety standards, quality control procedures, and environmental compliance.
- Knowledge of construction management software and digital reporting tools (e.g., Procore, Smartsheet, HeavyJob).
- Knowledge of procurement rules and regulations.
- Strong supervisory skills, including the ability to effectively and constructively resolve conflict.
- Skill in organizing resources, establishing priorities, meeting deadlines and general time management.
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
- Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Ability to visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems and concepts, and make decisions based on available information.
