- Assist with updating and maintaining fleet databases, tracking maintenance schedules, and filing vehicle records.
- Help monitor vehicle compliance, including registrations, inspections, and safety camera reporting.
- Audit and organize digital and physical files, ensuring accuracy in data entry.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- current enrollment in a college business, operations, or related program is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
