About the role
- As part of the talented Global Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across all aspects of the Menomonee Falls, WI Distribution Center, with a strong focus on safety, quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
- The ideal candidate will foster a high-performance culture while continuously improving processes and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all daily operations of the Menomonee Falls, WI distribution center, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, returns, auditing, and inventory control.
- Manage labor planning and resource allocation to exceed productivity and accuracy targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing distribution center team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Build a world-class operations team through effective talent acquisition, development, and succession planning.
- Develop organizational talent to support business growth plans and robust succession planning to support further advancement of operations leadership
- Develop, implement, and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, service, and productivity.
- Monitor operational performance using data and metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to drive sustainable cost savings and service enhancements.
- Support and lead integration efforts for acquisitions impacting distribution operations.
- Partner cross-functionally with supply chain, customer service, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and responsiveness to business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 7+ years leadership experience in a high-volume distribution center, with a proven track record of managing daily operations and driving performance.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and returns.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and data analytics tools to monitor and improve performance.
- A hands-on, partnership-oriented leadership style with the ability to inspire and engage teams at all levels.
- Proven ability to motivate, retain, and promote employees, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align distribution operations with broader business goals.

- Working Conditions:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods (e.g., at a desk or workstation).
- Must be able to move about the warehouse and office to access equipment, inventory, and personnel.
- Must be able to operate standard office and warehouse equipment (e.g., computer, forklift, pallet jack).
- Occasionally ascend/descend ladders or stairs to access inventory or equipment.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and vendors.
- Work is performed in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.

Compensation
- $103,200 - $144,000
