About the role

Charlie Health is seeking a highly motivated, intellectually curious, and data-driven Strategy & Operations Associate to join our Care Strategy team.
We're a team of passionate, forward-thinking professionals eager to take on the challenge of the mental health crisis and play a formative role in providing life-saving solutions.

Build forecasting and capacity models to support group planning, clinician utilization, and sustainable growth
Partner with Clinical and Operations leaders to identify drivers of clinician retention, performance, and satisfaction-and design strategies to improve them
Design and implement scalable processes, systems, and workflows that improve care delivery efficiency and consistency
Lead cross-functional initiatives across Care Ops, Clinical, Product, and Engineering teams to implement new programs, tools, or care models
Develop dashboards, performance tracking, and executive-ready materials to communicate insights and recommendations to leadership
Support experimentation around group structure, scheduling, staffing models, and care pathways
Advanced analytical skills-you're fluent in Excel and comfortable building models from scratch
Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams concurrently

At least 2-4+ years of relevant professional experience, including 1-2 years in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or at a high-growth start-up
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments
Resourceful problem solver with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities

SQL or BI tool experience (Tableau, Hex, Power BI) is a plus
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $106,000 and $135,000 per year at the commencement of employment.

In addition to base compensation, this role also offers a performance bonus.
The expected total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $117,000 and $148,000 per year.
Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.
