- Current RN or LVN license in the state of Texas
- Electronic Health Record Experience- preferably PCC experience

Nice to have
- Experiencing with RAI process and MDS certification preferred
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care facility preferred
- Experience as a MDS Coordinator preferred.
