About the role

  • From the first call to the final payment, we help trades businesses streamline every step of their work.
  • You'll also play a key role in helping FieldPulse scale its AI initiatives, identifying opportunities for AI-driven product innovation, operational efficiency, and smarter internal development workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and improve the software development lifecycle from planning through release Partner closely with Product leadership to translate roadmap priorities into clear engineering execution plans Drive sprint planning, prioritization, delivery management, and cross-functional alignment across multiple engineering teams Help scale engineering operations, delivery systems, QA processes, and development best practices Remove blockers, improve velocity, and create operational clarity across teams Stay connected to the technical side of development with a willingness to be hands-on when needed Mentor engineering leaders and help build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement Collaborate on the company's growing AI strategy, including AI-powered product features, automation initiatives, and developer productivity enhancements Ensure teams are delivering scalable, high-quality software that aligns with business goals and customer needs
