About the role

Controls and investigates non-conforming products and product related incidents.

Lead the quality control efforts for our bakery production line, ensuring that all products meet the established quality standards and comply with food safety regulations.
Monitor and enforce proper sanitation and hygiene practices within the production area to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement quality control procedures and work instructions, ensuring they are followed consistently.
Investigate customer complaints or internal quality incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to address them effectively.
Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to maintain and improve the effectiveness of the overall quality management system.

Oversees the quality control process, conduct s inspections, perform s tests, and ensure s that our baked goods meet the highest levels of safety, taste, and consistency.
In addition, collaborates with cross-functional teams, including production, research and development, and quality assurance, to implement quality improvement initiatives and resolve any quality-related issues that may arise.
Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformities. Ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements.

$26.13 hr + Shift differential of $1.50 per hour, + bonuses
