- Job Description: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure the accurate and efficient movement, storage, and handling of materials and products.

Responsibilities
- Develop work schedules and assign tasks to ensure timely and accurate material flow to the production floor.
- Evaluate warehouse layout and inventory organization to optimize space and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain accuracy.
- Manage salvage and return processes for damaged or non-conforming materials.
Requirements
- Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of warehouse or storeroom experience.
- AAON Forklift Certification required.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Skills
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications.
