About the role

The Change Specialist ensures that up and coming projects and organizational changes follow a smooth transition by managing the impacts of the change, promoting collaboration between departments, and aligning outcomes with operational goals. Reporting to the Lead, Change Management, the Change Specialist may lead and/or be a support resource on change
