About the role
- Echodyne offers the world's first compact solid-state true beam-steering radar for a wide range of industries and applications.
- Echodyne offers its radars to companies working in Automotive, Transportation, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Border Security, Smart Cities, Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), and Airspace Management including Urban Air Mobility (UTM).
- Echodyne is seeking a Facilities Technician II to join our fast-growing team.
Responsibilities
- Support infrastructure critical to radar development and testing:
- Perform preventative maintenance and calibration support to ensure environmental stability for precision electronics and radar systems
- Partner with engineering teams to support lab modifications, new equipment installs, and facility upgrades
- Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives without compromising lab performance
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in lab, office, and manufacturing environments
- Experience using CMMS systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation
Skills
- Associate's degree or technical certification in Facilities Maintenance, HVAC, Electrical, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-6 years of experience in facilities maintenance in a high-tech manufacturing, aerospace, or defense environment
- Experience supporting RF labs, electronics manufacturing, or test environments
Compensation
- $25 - $37.70 USD
