About the role

  • Echodyne offers the world's first compact solid-state true beam-steering radar for a wide range of industries and applications.
  • Echodyne offers its radars to companies working in Automotive, Transportation, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Border Security, Smart Cities, Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), and Airspace Management including Urban Air Mobility (UTM).
  • Echodyne is seeking a Facilities Technician II to join our fast-growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Support infrastructure critical to radar development and testing:
  • Perform preventative maintenance and calibration support to ensure environmental stability for precision electronics and radar systems
  • Partner with engineering teams to support lab modifications, new equipment installs, and facility upgrades
  • Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives without compromising lab performance

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in lab, office, and manufacturing environments
  • Experience using CMMS systems
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation

Skills

  • Associate's degree or technical certification in Facilities Maintenance, HVAC, Electrical, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-6 years of experience in facilities maintenance in a high-tech manufacturing, aerospace, or defense environment
  • Experience supporting RF labs, electronics manufacturing, or test environments

Compensation

  • $25 - $37.70 USD
