- Title: Senior Facilities Representative / 2nd Shift
- - Diagnosis of all repair and adjustment of doors, dock levelers, pallet racks, sprinkler systems, and minor electrical work in accordance with OSHA Standards
Requirements
- Keeps work area clean and performs housekeeping duties as required
- Performs related work and other job assignments as required
Skills
- Significant experience and competency in mechanical knowledge
- Ability to work with hands in mechanically oriented situations
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, as well as interpret diagrams
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, ability to be on-call and answer after hours "call backs" as needed
- Must have strong relationship building skills
- Relate to others beyond giving and receiving instructions
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of various types of equipment in maintenance trade
- Microsoft knowledge preferred
