Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of account-level contractual strategies.
- Optimize contracts and drive category expansion across Surgical.
- Own and execute quarterly Customer Business Reviews to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key economic and clinical stakeholders.
- Drive adoption and utilization of all
- Stapling Energy Wound Closure Electrosurgery Situate Access & Instrumentation (A&I) Hernia GYN Cultivate and strengthen relationships with field distribution partners.
- Drive adoption and utilization of all Surgical Center of Technology (COT) products, including: Stapling Energy Wound Closure Electrosurgery Situate Access & Instrumentation (A&I) Hernia GYN Cultivate and strengthen relationships with field distribution partners.
- Experience in building and managing key customer relationships with decision-makers in both clinical and administrative roles.
- Ability to analyze business trends and use insights to develop actionable strategies.

Nice to have
- 2+ years of OR sales experience Strong understanding of clinical environments and the ability to communicate complex product information to diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., SF.com) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation
