About the role

- The future of this space is a unified orchestration layer that connects every step from sample intake to clinical insight, powered by intelligent automation and AI.
- This is a multi-year, career-defining opportunity to shape how genomics labs operate.
Responsibilities

- Define and validate a pricing and packaging model that aligns platform value with customer outcomes
- Drive AI-assisted decisioning: optimized batching, predictive QC, anomaly detection, and run-time recommendations
- Design platform primitives that allow teams to build capabilities consistently and safely
- Define APIs and integration contracts that internal teams and external partners build on confidently
- You won't own every surface, but you'll be a key voice pushing the platform toward a modern, intelligent architecture.
- Work with Design to create intuitive workflows that feel human-centered, not machine-centered
- We also have several Employee Resource Groups (ERG) that deliver career development experiences, increase cultural awareness, and offer opportunities to engage in social responsibility.
Requirements
- Experience shipping a product from 0→1 or early stage through market validation
- Experience with workflow engines, orchestration frameworks, or cloud platform architecture
- Experience defining new categories or creating markets where none existed before
- Experience with outcome-based, usage-based, or value-aligned pricing models
- Comfort operating in regulated, compliance-sensitive, or safety-critical environments (any industry)
- Familiarity with ML and AI patterns (model lifecycle, inference, data quality) beyond using AI tools
