About the role

  • This is a systems-minded role that'll work closely with our Product, Program, and Communications teams to help maximize our collective impact.
  • As Gifted Savings continues to grow, this role will be foundational to maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and trust that underpin every aspect of our program operations.
  • When they turn 18 and complete the program, their investment portfolio is transferred to them to use as they choose.

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you'll own the systems, processes, and operations that power the Gifted Savings experience-from coordinating program launches and publishing lessons to supporting schools and maintaining the operational infrastructure behind our programs.
  • As Gifted Savings grows, you'll play a key role in improving processes and building the operational foundation that enables us to expand our impact.
  • Own and continuously improve the operational systems and workflows that support successful program implementation across schools and communities.
  • Maintain accurate student, school, and program records across internal systems, ensuring data integrity.
  • Publish and maintain lesson content, activities, and resources within the platform, ensuring all materials are accurate, current, and deployed on schedule.
  • Maintain teacher materials-including toolkits, lesson slide decks, and related resources-and ensure schools always have access to the most current versions.
  • Coordinate surveys, participant recruitment, and research logistics with our academic partners to support ongoing program evaluation.
  • Produce reports, dashboards, and data exports to support program school partners, impact measurement, and internal decision-making.
  • Respond to support requests from students, teachers, and school partners, answering questions, troubleshooting routine issues, and escalating complex inquiries when appropriate.
  • Manage and distribute communications related to lesson schedules, deadlines, portfolio information, and platform access.

Requirements

  • You enjoy bringing order to complexity and creating workflows that make work easier for others.
  • You are comfortable working across spreadsheets, dashboards, SaaS platforms, and operational tools.
  • You have experience supporting operational, administrative, or data-intensive work with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You are dependable, responsive, and take ownership of your work from start to finish.

Compensation

  • $70k-$90k
