About the role
- Panelmatic Field Service Operations is seeking a detail-oriented experienced Field Service Project Coordinator.
- The FS Project Coordinator plays a key role in facilitating the successful execution of Installation, modification, and repair projects within the organization.
- Their responsibilities involve supporting the project management team, ensuring effective communication between team members, customers, and vendors, and maintaining project documentation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Open-Issues Log (OIL) for Field Service Operations.
- Maintain project BOM and other ERP requirements, and coordinate with Procurement to ensure material flow.
Requirements
- Monitor and track the distribution of documents to ensure that the field teams have the documentation required to complete the projects.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred Experience with a Visual-ERP system preferred
